Definitions
A baby's gift box: refers to the gift box supplied by Baby's Gift Box to the customer.
The Customer: means the customer who buys the gift box
Making the contract
Your order is an offer by you which we will accept by sending you an email confirming the order you have placed.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards via a secure server.
All prices quoted include VAT.
Delivery
Baby's gift box will endeavour to ensure that via special delivery all boxes are received by the customer within two working days of dispatch by Baby's Gift Box.
Orders received after 2.00pm will not be dispatched until the following day and any orders received after 2.00pm on a Friday will not dispatched until the following Monday.
If you would like to send a box outside of the UK, please email us for a quote for postage and packaging.
Stock Availability
Baby's Gift box try to maintain stock levels but from time to time products may be unavailable. In such a case we will replace the out to stock item with something similar of the same or of a greater value.
Returns
In the unlikely event that the customer is in any way unhappy with our product the customer may cancel this agreement by contacting Baby's Gift Box in writing within 7 working days after the delivery date and returning the box at the Customers own cost. If on receipt of the returned box it is unused and in its original packaging a full refund will be offered. This right can only be exercised by the Customer and not the recipient of the box.
Baby's Gift Box cannot be held responsible for any returned goods which fail to reach us and we therefore recommend that for your own protection a recorded delivery service is used to return any items.
If Baby's Gift Box has not been notified of any defect in the box within 7 working days of delivery the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the box.

Limitation of Liability
Baby's Gift Box shall not be liable for loss, deterioration, damage, wear or expense arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the following :
- Minor variations in colour, texture, shade and /or general appearance from that shown on our website
- Any circumstances over which Baby's Gift Box had no control of the consequences and which Baby's Gift Box could not avoid by the exercise of reasonable care.
- If Baby's Gift Box is prevented from carrying out its obligations to the Customer by a cause beyond its reasonable control, including fire, flood, storm, failures of sub-contractors or transport, industrial action or acts of God, Baby's Gift Box will not be liable for any failure or delay. However Baby's Gift Box will endeavour to find any alternative available to fulfil the contract wherever possible.
